INFORMATION SECURITY POLICY
In order to safely protect our customers' and our own assets and provide even greater peace of mind and better services, we have established and will put into practice this "Basic Information Security Policy."
1. Information Security Initiatives
We will establish an ISMS, operate it appropriately and strive to continually improve it in order to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our assets.
2. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
We will comply with laws, regulations, related rules, contracts, etc. regarding information security.
3. Education and training
We will continually provide necessary education and training to all officers and employees so that they understand the importance of handling assets appropriately and can raise their awareness of information security.
4. Accident prevention and response
We strive to prevent information security-related accidents, and in the unlikely event that an accident does occur, we will promptly investigate the cause and take steps to prevent the damage from spreading and to prevent a recurrence.
5. Formulation of business continuity plan
We have established a business continuity plan and will endeavor to quickly resume business operations in the event of an unexpected disaster or information security incident.
